Here at our studio in Swindon we strive to bring to you the latest training techniques available, after much research and trials of various vibration training systems we are confident to say that the Power Plate is by far the best on the market, and that's why it's the only one we'll use!

All sessions take only 30 minutes of your time leaving you feeling energised yet aware you've had a work out that will have effects
