Chris Nash
Chris Nash is the founding trainer of PT Fitness, he started the business in the late part of 2007 after working successfully in the private sector of the industry for over 4 years including being the assistant general manager of a prestigious private health club. Previous to this Chris's life had revolved around fitness including personal training, being involved in international endurance mountain bike racing and the armed forces.

Jess Kavanagh
Jess Joined the running of PT Fitness towards the end of 2009, a well qualified trainer who has been brought up around fitness. Jess started her career in gym sales whilst she was under going her formal training, then in the beginning of 2008 started instructing at a high quality health club. Her success and reputation with clients has become something to watch as her enthusiasm and skill transforms people in so many ways.
