Jean came to us in the early part of 2009, slightly over weight, suffering from bad knees and found it very difficult to get herself up from the floor, now, she's just a few pounds off her ideal weight, her skin is firmer, her strength has improved, her knees no longer give her pain and she can preform many exercises that involve floor work, from crunches to Turkish get-up's with Kettle bells, this is what she has to say:

"When I came to see Chris at PT Fitness I was suffering from sharp pains in my knees which I thought was arthritis, and I thought I was to old to do any thing about my fitness as I'm 64, the first few weeks Chris took it easy with me, learning what we could and couldn't do and increasing my confidence, after a while the aches in my knees started to ease and my strength was increasing, my diet was changing and my weight was coming off, now i can get up off the floor with no problems, I feel full of energy which can be seen in other aspects of my life and I'm doing things I never thought possible, its absolutely fantastic and I miss our sessions when I'm away"
